VENUE POLICIES

  • All outside vendors must be approved by the venue.

  • No rice, birdseed, confetti, glitter, or similar items.

  • No floor runners permitted.

  • No ceiling draping or attachments are permitted.

  • Music only to be played indoors.

  • Alcohol only to be served by our licensed bartenders. No Exceptions.

  • Outside caterers are permitted.

VENUE FEES

  • A $375 cleaning fee for the venue is required on the day of your event.

  • A $500 fee will be charged if the client or their vendors do not follow venue rules on the event day. Please ensure everyone knows the policies and procedures.

  • Detail Officers charge $50 per hour, with a minimum of four hours, and double time on holidays. Some events may require extra Officers as decided by the St. John Parish Sheriff's Office.

    • 1 - 50 Guests = 1 Officer

    • 51 - 100 Guests = 2 Officers

    • 100 - 150 Guests = 3 Officers

    • 151 - 200 Guests = 4 Officers

    • 201. - 250 Guests = 5 Officers
