VENUE POLICIES
All outside vendors must be approved by the venue.
No rice, birdseed, confetti, glitter, or similar items.
No floor runners permitted.
No ceiling draping or attachments are permitted.
Music only to be played indoors.
Alcohol only to be served by our licensed bartenders. No Exceptions.
Outside caterers are permitted.
VENUE FEES
A $375 cleaning fee for the venue is required on the day of your event.
A $500 fee will be charged if the client or their vendors do not follow venue rules on the event day. Please ensure everyone knows the policies and procedures.
Detail Officers charge $50 per hour, with a minimum of four hours, and double time on holidays. Some events may require extra Officers as decided by the St. John Parish Sheriff's Office.
1 - 50 Guests = 1 Officer
51 - 100 Guests = 2 Officers
100 - 150 Guests = 3 Officers
151 - 200 Guests = 4 Officers
201. - 250 Guests = 5 Officers
